Brian is a Tudu man and published academic, who has demonstrated excellent experience in research & evaluation, strategic communication, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Donna is a proud Wiradjuri woman with extensive facilitation, interview, and research experience in a range of cross-cultural settings, , including as part of policy and review processes for Government and non-profit organisations.

Elle wants to be a part of making places that are location sourced, culture led, and community fed. She believes that if we start with people, we can reshape the way we approach our built world: improving outcomes for marginalised groups, and in turn, fostering a better future for all.

Karen explored non-Indigenous people’s attitudes toward Indigenous Australian knowledge using Theory U in her PhD. Karen is passionate about creating positive futures through connecting the greatness of each mind using facilitation, community development and education.

Kiran has worked in NGO and government roles focusing on education, health, microcredit, Indigenous issues, and gender equality and is committed to supporting communities in achieving their vision through self-directed sustainable development.

Malakai is passionate about Information Technologies and business strategy and has experience in research, stakeholder engagement and place strategy. He is a member of Murawin’s Young Consultants, which is focused on ensuring the voices of young people are captured in our projects.

Having overseen multiple complex projects, Mark is an accomplished Director with extensive experience in Indigenous program evaluation, climate risk management, population health, governance, justice, community development, international development, social enterprise, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander wellbeing.

Melissa’s long held passion and dedication to caring for children, providing them with high-quality care, and rich learning experiences informs her work at Murawin. 

Rachel is a proud Aboriginal woman from Quandamooka Nation and has an extensive history of working in program delivery, workforce development with her most recent work being in the area of research and evaluation.

Siem is a curious, empathetic, motivated Place Strategist & Architect by trade with a passion for exploring ways to create meaningful places. Siem’s breadth of knowledge and experience in leading projects allows her to balance the practical and social elements required to deliver successful and complex projects.

Terri is a creative community engagement specialist with a 12-year history as a sessional academic, who has special interest in building community capital through collaborative and creative endeavours.

Wallula is a Gumbaynggirr / Gamilaraay / Dunghutti woman from Tamworth NSW and has lived and worked in Sydney for over 15 years. Leveraging her profound cultural roots, Wallula stands as a First Nations Graphic Design specialist, drawing much of her design inspiration from Country.
